Royal Ridge Fruits infused dried strawberries are sourced from the best frozen strawberry producers in the United States and worldwide. An excellent source of vitamin C and many other disease-fighting nutrients*, our strawberries sweeten and enrich a variety of delicious foods. These include baked goods, confections, snack mixes and packaged cereals.

Delivering Quality Bulk Strawberries

Naturally, the quality of the dried strawberries we deliver depends on the quality of the frozen berries we bring in. So we diligently inspect and test all the berries we process. And we carefully evaluate our suppliers to ensure that they meet our rigorous production, and food quality and safety standards. All of our approved growers are compliant with standard auditing practices.

Processing Dried Bulk Strawberries

Our wholesome strawberries are infused until the right Brix level is reached. The berries are then dried and misted with sunflower oil to give them a healthy shine. We then sort the infused strawberries to remove any discolored or broken fruit.

Bright red in color, our infused strawberries are firm to the touch and release a burst of sweetness when bitten. We offer our dried strawberries whole and in bits.
