Royal Ridge Fruits is the largest, West Coast producer of Montmorency tart cherries and the delectable dark tart variety, Arides. We also grow blueberries and raspberries, and process additional berries and stone fruits. Our processing results in the world’s finest fruits used as ingredients for a variety of manufacturers producing delicious pies, muffins, breakfast cereals, granola and energy bars, smoothies and other fruit beverages, trail mixes.
Our frozen cherries are produced from home-grown, Montmorency and Arides dark tart cherries. Harvested by our farm division at peak ripeness, the cherries are cooled, cleaned and pitted by Royal Ridge Fruits. We’re tenacious about meeting industry pit standards. So we use color sorters and laser to remove pits, as well as stray stems, leaves and discolored fruit.
All of our fruit is kosher certified.
Our dried fruits are available as whole fruit, sliced fruit, or diced fruit bits. We also manufacture private label dried fruit for select retailers in North America, Asia and other countries.
