- 1 Salmon Fillet
- 1 roll of Goat Cheese
- 1 bag of Spinach
- Olive Oil
- 1 package of Stoneridge Orchards Montmorency Cherries
- Cook Salmon on the BBQ to give it a nice smoky flavor (oven will work as alternate).
- Dress Spinach Salad with Olive Oil and mix in fingers of fluffy Goat Cheese and Cherries.
- Add pieces of Salmon.
- May be served warm or chilled.
