Lemon Blueberry Shortbread
A great summer or fall family dessert with Stoneridge orchards dried blueberries.
Serves 4
Ingredients:
1 cup sugar,
1 heaping tsp lemon zest,
1 tsp vanilla,
1/2 tsp salt,
2 cup AP Flou,
1 cup Stoneridge Orchards dried blueberries
Instructions:
1. Shave the zest from two lemons
2. Put two sticks of butter into a mixer and then add other ingredients
3. Once this is all mixed well, fold this dough into plastic wrap and roll into a log
4. Place in freezer for two hours, then slice into equal slices and place on a cooking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-17 minutes
5. Serves 4
