Blueberry Pistachio Protein Balls
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup dried blueberries
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
- 1 tbsp. ground flaxseed
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1 cup dried coconut flakes
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup

Directions
- Mix all dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Stir in wet ingredients.
- Mix thoroughly to combine.
- If the mixture is too wet, add more oats; if it's too dry add more peanut butter.
- Roll into balls. Chill until ready to serve.
