Blueberry Kale Salad
- 1 Bunch of Curly Green Kale
- 1/2 to 1 Cup Olive Oil
- 1/2 Lemon
- 4 Garlic Cloves
- 2 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese
- 1 4oz. Bag of Stoneridge Orchards Dried Blueberries
- Add kale to a salad bowl and massage olive oil into the salad.
- Add parmesan cheese to the mix.
- Add in minced garlic and make sure this is tossed into the entire salad to mix.
- Squeeze lemon ovet the salad.
- Toss in the Stoneridge Orchards Dried Blueberries.
- Recipe serves 4-6 people.
