Turkey
and Dried Cranberry Salad

Ingredients
3 cups cubed cooked turkey
2 celery stalks, chopped
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup walnut pieces (optional)
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon dried sage
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper
Dash of orange or lemon juice
Mayonnaise just to bind (or to taste)

Preparation
1. Mix everything together, adding a small amount of
mayonnaise, blending, and increasing from there. This
can be scooped on top of a salad, used in a sandwich,
or scooped in a half a cantelope.
*A great way to use
up leftover turkey! |
